I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding the suspension of my Amazon developer account.
I recently purchased a license for an application exclusively for the Amazon Appstore from the Google Play Developer. However, upon submitting the app, my account was unexpectedly suspended. I have opened multiple cases and provided substantial evidence to support the legitimacy of my purchase, including the contract between myself and the developer, Telegram communication logs, and emails sent to Amazon explaining the situation.
Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response from Amazon support, and my account remains suspended. This suspension has had severe consequences for my business, causing significant financial loss and disrupting my operations.
