I am writing to share my unfortunate experience. I recently had my account disabled by mistake, and I have been trying to contact the support via "contact us" page to check the issue, but they keep sending me automated messages with no clarifications. The automated response is saying that my account has been disabled for containing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of other parties, but I'm 100% sure that is not the case. I have the same applications live and available for download on the Apple Appstore. I can provide proof of this. If someone from the support team can reach out, I can provide the necessary documents to prove this.
I am dismayed by their lack of response, especially that I have have incomes in my account that I think they will not send to me.
I would really appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions on how to get in contact with them and resolve this issue. I hope that my story helps others in the same situation.
