Hoping someone can shed some light. I have had 6 year old best selling t shirt listing removed after adding it to new products. It has been removed as "we do not allow products where a single color is applied to products full print area". When adding to phone cases I selected wrong color so design not visible. However original ASIN is compliant with policy. Support have advised me they cannot reinstate ASIN and I need to resubmit. However I believe by resubmitting I will lose all sales history reviews etc. Apparently I cannot appeal decision.
Any advice would be appreciated.
