Hello, I have set up an Amazon Developer account, and after submitting my app for review, it was disabled because it infringes on the intellectual property rights of other parties. I opened a support ticket to have my account enabled, and I described that I have the necessary rights to distribute the app on Amazon. I also attached the letter from the developer that grants me the rights to do so. However, after a few days, I received a response stating that my account remains disabled for the same reason. I am wondering how I can further prove my rights to distribute the app and get my developer account enabled.
