Apk Upload through App Submission API getting 500

Hi,

I am trying to upload an apk file to Amazon AppStore through App Submission API. I followed instructions to write a python script. You can see the script in the link. I am getting Error 500 Internal Server Error. How can I overcome this error?

How do I report server-side issue? Do you know any procedure to escalate this issue? Thank you
