Alexa Skill Validation stuck on stage Validating

Hello, I'm trying to put an Alexa Skill in for Certification (which it failed due to trivial problems first time around). I tried Validating the skill after making some mods, but this time it seems to be "hung" or "stuck" on the Validation phases and I just get the equivalent of a "turning wheel" and a statement: "Just a moment while we run the automated error checks. Since this may take a few minutes, you can navigate away from this page and check back later to view the results." It's been in this state for over 3 hours now, is there a problem with the Validation Service ?

I had this occur a few weeks ago, it was stuck for a few hours but eventually timed out. Subsequent validations worked normally, so I suggest just leaving it longer.
