Already-approved PopSocket design rejected when submitting to new markets

I got an email saying my recent submission to the .it, .es, and .de markets was rejected due to "offensive or controversial content", but the same exact design had already been approved (and is currently live) in the .com, .co.uk, and .fr markets, I was simply expanding the existing design into the other markets. The design depicts an illustration of a smiling skull. It's not offensive nor controversial, it's a cartoon. There's no blood or anything like that. I don't know if I'm allowed to put a link to the currently-live listings, I don't see anything against it in the rules so here it is: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BX2NKLX8

Check the text and see if any possible trademark issues in Europe.

No text, it's just an image. And like I said it's already approved in the .fr and .co.uk markets. The reason for rejection was "offensive or controversial"...

Text as in title, bullet points, description and check the rules for trademarks in the countries you are going to submit to. Trademark rules are not the same as in the USA.
