in the last days i found some copycats who uploaded 1 to 1 copies from my designs on amazon.fr. I reported them a few times but every complaint will be rejected without any question or something like this.
Is it now an AI that answers these queries? If so, you should work on it urgently. I hear in various groups that requests for copies are all rejected. This is not fair for us creators. You yourself write on your site that copycats are not tollerated.
On the contact copyright@amazon.com i become also only a standard answer. Its very frustrating.
