Beta Test unavailable for Custom Skill

My skill has permissions enabled for Country and Postal code when I look for beta tests, it shows its disabled when I click save and continue, it says. However my icons are uploaded. but disabling the permissions on developer console fixes this weird error!!.

A Large Skill Icon is missing for the en-GB locale. In the Distribution tab, go to Skill Preview for en-GB to add a large skill icon.

A Small Skill Icon is missing for the en-GB locale. In the Distribution tab, go to Skill Preview for en-GB to add a small skill icon.

Hi, @Zoë@Amazon Thanks for reaching out, however, I fixed my issue the problem was my skill used postal code permissions but I did not give a privacy policy URL for my skill hence I was unable to give the Beta test access. When I provided my skill with a URL the above error about the Large and Small skill icons was resolved. It's funny that it doesn't point out that my privacy policy URL is missing and throws a different error. I hope this helps anyone who faces the same problem.
