Apps stuck in "Approved" status and no response from Contact Us

I have a couple of apps that have been stuck in an "Approved" status for more than two weeks now. I have an update to both apps that I want to release but I can't do that while stuck in this status (neither cancel nor update is allowed). I've send a couple of Contact Us queries but so far have not received any response.

The update appears to have actually gone live (users have downloaded it) but the status is not going to "Live" so I am unable to submit an update.

Is there any way to get some attention on this? The lack of response leads me to believe the issue has been lost in the shuffle somewhere...

Five days later and, although I got an acknowledgement of receipt of my issue (a week after I opened it and only after I posted here), my apps are still stuck in "Approved" status and I haven't had any indication that anything is being done to fix the problem.

I've resorted to suggesting to users requiring my update (that's been available for release for a while now) to side-load my app in order to get the fix since I still am unable to release the fix on the Amazon App Store.

I'm not sure what else I can do to try and get this issue resolved :( .
