For months in tier 10 with more than 50 sales, does anyone know what to do?

It turns out that i have been with more than 10 sales in my merch store for more than 6 months, i currently have exactly 51 sales and i haven´t raised a tier yet, I have tried to speak with amazon about this problem over and over again and they always replay me with an automatic message, anybody knows what i can do in this situation?

You can do nothing. I am at Tier 4,000 with over 6,000 sales and no tiering up. It is what it is.
