In I was wondering if there might be an option for the customer to select a more a more sustainable delivery when purchasing some products.
For eg. I wouldn’t mind wait a bit longer for a delivery or less packing, knowing that it would be better for the environment and also reduce costs for the company.
It be required to educate the customer that wait a little longer means that he is making a smarter environmental choice.
