Developer account locked for unusual activity

Hi I have problem with my another account, not with this one. I called several times to Amazon support and they answered to me different things sometimes that my account is not locked, sometimes that I need to create a new account. I'm using my account almost 10 years and have many applications on it. Could you please connect with me via email to continue conversation?

Thanks for the response!

I tried to connect via Contact Us, they answered "Due to security policies, this team does not have the ability to assist with login issues. "feedback.jpg

Clicking the link sent me to next screenshot where I should use phone to call.issues.jpg

When I call the support operator they can't help me (I wrote at the top). Can I get help with my issue from someone from the developers support team?
