How can I get Amazon music support?

I have sent music-dev-noreply@amazon.com Send a message, but it has been more than a week, and he has no reply. At present, our products need to add Amazon music, which will also affect the customer experience. What conditions do we need to get support from Amazon Music? thanks

I see that many hardware manufacturers have added Amazon music to their devices. I am also a hardware manufacturer. How can I get the test permission?
