My new application was rejected with the following reason: "Your app encourages piracy or illegal download of content".
I have contacted the support team and they have told me that it does not comply with the policies.
I have reviewed the policies and found nothing that violates what is listed there.
My app is an IPTV player that can play online or local content. My app does not contain, does not download or facilitate any torrent, url, image or video. It's just an empty player.
I would like to know the exact reason to be able to modify my application and that it complies with the policies.
I have seen that there are several similar apps that have been uploaded for the first time this year on the store.
I have tried to contact several times but always the same answer without detail.
What I can do? Is there another way to contact the support team?
