Cannot find my skill in

My skill is live, and available in all countries, but I cannot find it in store (Singapore).

There could be several reasons for you to not to be able to find your skill.

1. Usually, when a user cannot find or enable a skill this can be due to their preferred marketplace being set on a different one than one of those where the skill is available (in your case, your skill is available for,,,, and Please follow the steps below to ensure that the marketplace is set correctly:

- Sign into your Amazon retail account

- Navigate to the "Content and Devices" section of your account:

- Click "Country/Region Settings"

- Click "Change"

- Either choose an existing address from the dropdown menu or enter a new address

- Click "Update"

2. Another reason for this problem might be that your device is set to a different language than one of those in which your skill is available - in your case, English (UK), German (DE), Spanish (ES), French (FR), and Italian (IT).

3. And I think this is the one that applies to you. If your skill is intended to be used in Singapore, then all skills for Singapore market should be developed in en-US locale, according to the list "Supported Languages" on this link

In this case you should develop your skill within the en-US locale.

A solution for this is that you copy your skill to the correct locale and then submit it again to a certification process. Or even add this new locale and expand the use of your skill to more marketplaces.
