Amazon Music can't find our device

Some customers have signed into Amazon account in Amazon Alexa and Amazon Music app, but they can't see our device in Amazon Music App (WiiM Mini or WiiM Pro), they can find WiiM device in Alexa app. Some customers can solve this issue by themselves, they go to Amazon website to change the location of Amazon Store and make the location of Amazon Music is same as Amazon Store, can you tell me why the location would causes the issue that device disappears in Amazon Music App.

Can you elaborate more on where you are configuring the location in the Amazon store? Is this limited to particular locals or is this a general problem?
