Hi. This can happen if you are building an Alexa Conversations skill but you have not activated the Alexa Conversations interface.
In order to make the validation work, please activate the Alexa Conversations toggle button in the Interfaces (Build tab) section from the sidebar in the Alexa Developer Console.
After updating the Interfaces page, please remember to save and run the validation again.
