Why is my FireTV app is unavailable on the Echo 15

As we already know Amazon recently implemented FireTV functionality into the Echo 15 devices. I know the popular apps like YouTube, Hulu, and Twitch are available for download, but when I look up my app it shows up, but instead of the Download icon I get the shopping cart unavailable icon.

I checked in my developer console which TV my app is not supported on and it stated echo 15 because of the android.hardware.television declaration... But this is already declared in the android manifest.

How do I move on from here?
