Manifest file for creator app

I used the creator tool to create an app. It can't be submitted due to the following issues

Your App file uses an outdated SDK version that does not include DRM integration. Select DRM preferences below. If you want to add DRM support in your code, use the Appstore SDK.
Your APK does not meet the minimum target API requirements. This will result in the application being unavailable on multiple devices. View disabled devices Learn more


I am not seeing any place that I can make modifications to manifest. What am I missing?
