ACCOUNT DISABLED with $800 of sales and NO PAYMENT!!!

My account that has done $800 of sales last week has been disabled out of the blue, without any warning or any reasoning!!!

The developer support is not even responding to my cases and they are robbing me of not only my account with 2 successful apps in it, but also robbing me of my $800 of sales which were already made!!!


How is this even possible that Amazon is doing this cheating for only $800!!! Also, I want my sales proceeds as well as my account back!!!

I already have seen all of your posts as well as comments. I am aware of your case as well. I cannot believe what really is going on. What hurts more is seeing other people and developers getting their apps approved while we seeing our apps and accounts terminated without even any warning.

The same thing it's happened with me in last November-2022 I lost my $800, I have submit my appeal and also request to them to retain back my account or money. I strongly advised you to submit the appeal without wasting time.

I have submitted multiple appeals since the beginning of October but there is no any answer. They are just ignoring us.

Where and how to submit the appeal? Nobody responds to contact us cases from the developer portal anymore. Did you get your $800 back after appealing?

It's pointless. I've submitted a lot of appeals but nobody responded. The only response I receive from time to time is the following auto-reply message "Your case is currently being investigated by the Amazon Appstore Support Team who will keep you informed of the progress."

Three months passed and I'm sill not "informed of the progress".
