Hi,
I'm creating an Alexa skill and am looking at the service endpoint regions - Default, North America, Europe and India, Far East...
How does Alexa determine which endpoint to use, for a given user/invocation? Is it as simple as their location when using the skill, or something else?
Also, when would the Default endpoint be used, if all the other endpoints are populated?
