How can I change my amazon.jobs application portal contact email?

I set my contact email as my login in address. However, one day, (I think it is a system error), my contact email address (my email)-jac-recruitment, which is not a valid email for application. As I cannot change my contact email myself, which department can I contact to help me to change it back to my original email?
