The current version has been approved, but not live, it cannot be withdrawn, and a new version cannot be submitted

Hi everyone, has anyone encountered the same problem, the current version status of our app shows "approved" but cannot be "live", it has been more than a month since submission and review to online, and it cannot be withdrawn, nor can the latest version be submitted , wondering if there is any possible operation to solve this problem?


PS. I have sent a question email to the Amazon official team, but they just responded automatically, and did not solve the problem for us in time and have no follow-up reply, I can only look for possible solutions here.

I have same issue. App update is under review for more than 18 days and I didnt get any feedback related to this update from amazon. What is worse is that I've accidentely commited an old build and as it takes months for update I can expect new version to go live at least in October.

All I get from amazone ofter 18 days and when I wrote two letters to their support

Yes, I also received the same reply message, I check the emails several times a day, but have not received their follow-up, tried to send multiple emails, but also no results. It's been over a month now, very disappointed and maybe have to drop this platform.
