We have 2 app updates which are remaining Under Review status for an extended amount of time.
One app for 12 days and another for 7 days.
I have submitted cases for these, but have not heard responses to these (Case# 10612056861 & Case# 10618521891 ).
Can you please check these cases and approve the app updates?
Can you please indicate how long you think it will be until the issue with reviews will be resolved?
These cases have now become urgent for our customers, so we would very much appreciate your assistance with the matter.
