App updates in "Under Review" for 12 days

Hi Amazon,
We have 2 app updates which are remaining Under Review status for an extended amount of time.

One app for 12 days and another for 7 days.

I have submitted cases for these, but have not heard responses to these (Case# 10612056861 & Case# 10618521891 ).
Can you please check these cases and approve the app updates?
Can you please indicate how long you think it will be until the issue with reviews will be resolved?
These cases have now become urgent for our customers, so we would very much appreciate your assistance with the matter.

one of the cases was finally actioned 3 days after it was raised. one of the apps is now live.

The review process has been "sticky" for months. It used to be the case that if you opened a case about it, the app would magically become approved in short order, but that is no longer the case. Now when you open a case, they respond to the effect "we're still thinking" and lapse back into silence.

I've never received any substantive information about the review process and I can't imagine what they are doing. Or not doing. Maybe they're planning to kill the app store with neglect and then close it.
