The last royalties didn't reach my account.
I contacted Amazon and they stated that the transfer was completed successfully on 29/07/22
When I contacted my bank they could not locate the funds with transaction details provided by Amazon.
Both parties have told me that the blame was not on their side.
To be honest, I'm not even sure if I talk to humans when I contact Amazon customer support.
I feel powerless, is there anything else I could do?
I would appreciate any advice.
