Alexa Skill getting disabled after some time automatically ( after 2-3 hours)

Alexa skill getting disabled after some time automatically (approx. after 2-3 hours)

We have to re-enable it again and again.

Why this is happing , Can you guide me which thing I need to verify to remove this issue

OK, can you provide some more information here.

Are you developing the skill currently ?

Is there also a live version of the skill ?

Are you testing the skill using the Alexa dev console ? Or are you only using a real Alexa device ?

What happens after the 2-3 hours when you try and invoke the skill, what response does Alexa give ?

Any other information ? It's highly unlikely that the skill is being automatically disabled and it's more likely to be something you're doing. So please give as much information as you can.

Hi,

Yes I am a developer and tight now my skill is under development. I am testing from both developer console and Alexa mobile app. when user inactive for few minutes and just After that few minutes and saying any command to Alexa. Alexa telling to re-enable the skill.


Why its happening? Please help, its major issue.

is There is any timeout settings or something.

Is there a live version of the skill or are you developing the first version ?

Does the disabling only happen when you switch testing between the dev console and the Alexa app ?

Or if you only test with the dev console (and don't use the Alexa app) then does the disabling still occur ? Example: test in the dev console. Go away for 10 mins. Come back and resume testing in the dev console. What happens ?

I am testing from both opened dev console simulator in browser and also doing testing via Alexa app
