I was due royalties on 29th June 2022 but only my UK royalties have been paid.
I am missing my US, JP & FR royalties.
Amazon say they have sent the payments but they haven't reached my bank account.
My bank can't trace the payments without Amazon's IBAN & BIC.
Does anyone know these details?
Feeling very frustrated with the whole situation (as Amazon are extremely slow to reply and when they do they don't fully answer questions).
(I requested this info from them and they just sent me the amounts and date paid).
