Can't add release notes to upcoming release

In the Upcoming Version section, App Information tab, after replacing our old apk with a new .aab file, there is no way to edit the Release Notes. See screenshot for the Release Notes section as it looks after pressing the Edit button. I cannot complete the release without updating the notes.

Nevermind, it turns out it was a permissions issue.

@Avery Could you clarify how you resolved the issue? Running into the same problem on our end, we have developer and marketer access but no administrator access and we are unable to edit the Release Notes which is required for us to send an app submission.

@Mike@Amazon I emailed customer support and they said that the marketer role is able to edit the Release notes. But there is a bug where the Marketer can edit the text of the release notes, BUT cannot press the "Save" button as it remains greyed out. We had to have an account that is both a Marketer AND a Developer role, in order to save the release notes.
