Streaming radio skill only works in US

I created a skill to play a streaming radio service for members or our organization that live in Canada, USA, UK and Australia. I set it up in all of those languages (I'm not a coder, please forgive me for not knowing the words) and it works in the US but not in those other countries. Can someone please help me figure this out? It's a non profit charity for the blind.

Hi Brenda, what type of skill was this ? A custom skill or a music skill ? You would have selected the type when you created the skill in the Alexa developer console.

If it was a "music skill" then they're only available in the US.

OK, what happens when someone in say the UK tries to use it ?

Can you share the skill name ? I can then check the UK skill store to see if it's listed.

TAFN Radio. They say it opens on Tune In (which you could do before the skill I made). But when I try it here at my house (in the USA) it just starts the stream without Tune In as desired.

OK, the good news is that the skill exists in the UK skill store and I can enable it and use it.

The bad news is that it doesn't come up in amazon search results and I had to jump through some hoops to find it.

The URL to access the skill in the UK skill store is https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B4K1LPTY

If you direct your UK users to follow that link and then select the "enable" button to enable the skill then saying "Alexa, open t a f n radio" should work. You can do the same for other countries by modifying the URL as appropriate for that country e.g.

Canada https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0B4K1LPTY

Australia https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0B4K1LPTY

US https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B4K1LPTY

Regarding the non-appearance in the UK skill store, I suggest you raise a contact-us support case although that might not get you very far.

Thank you for your help, Andy. This is a group for the blind so I'm trying to make it as easy as possible, as some of them would be unable to go to the skill online and enable it. It works fine for a few people, but for others it goes straight to TuneIn. Now that is how they always listened before. I've had them try it with my listening and they say "enable t a f n radio" and it either starts TuneIn with TAFN radio on it or it says skill unavailable but for other people it works just fine. Would you happen to have any other suggestions?
