Zero Royalties

PLEASE HELP!!! I am listing designs and putting in my standard sales prices, Amazon is cutting the sales prices in half (or more) and I'm not getting any royalties on my sales. So far, I've lost royalties on 3 sales and am now going through the rest of my listings to see how many are affected. It affects all the items uploaded in a listing. Is this a known glitch? If so, any idea when it may be fixed, what I need to do to fix my listings and if we will be reimbursed for the zero royalty sales?

I'm having the same problem with the newest batch of designs I uploaded! I listed the t-shirts for $19.99 but Amazon has bumped the price down so I get no royalties! I've sold quite a few of them too. I sent a message to Amazon this morning. Hope to hear something soon.
