Not sure if my channel is published and can't view on firestick

Created a channel in Amazon Creator, I filled out forms and can view my contact. It is ready to view. I clicked publish. It had said it was being reviewed and should be published on April 30th 2022 , When I go back in my editor it still says not published. Not sure what is going on. I checked my firestick and can't add my app or view my channel. Help.
