Could developer console timeouts be made more friendly?

I understand why Amazon's developer consoles -- both Alexa and AWS -- time out if unused.

The problem is, they don't TELL us they have timed out. Instead they give us various "you can't do that" messages.

And we can't just sign back in and continue -- we need to explicitly log out and log back in, then find our way back to the page we were looking at.

Most non-Amazon web tools seem to handle this better. Please look at what they do and learn from it. Amazon can afford to make some investment in this basic a user interface design issue!

3. Tap "Send Feedback"
4. Fill out the form

Thank you!

OK, will do so. But you really should be watching this discussion for useful ideas and copying them over into uservoice if we don't thing to do so. You want folks engaged; make it _easy_ for us to engage.
