I really need help urgently！

This is my newly created app, but I can't use live app testing. Can anyone explain to me. thanks.

Who else can give me the contact information of Amazon's technical staff, such as email and so on. The app I submitted has never been approved, we tested it ourselves and everything worked, and we were very confused.I've submitted it four times and it's all returned for the same reason.

Given that it's failing for some users (the testers) but not others (you) ...

I would suggest (1) add (more) debugging printouts to your code so you can see what executed, then look at the console logs to see whether it's doing what you expect, and (2) open a betatest and ask some of your co-workers/friends to try to make it fail; then if/when they do, look at the console logs to try to understand why.


I'm guessing this is something like user database initialization, where it's working for you because you're already set up.
