"Turn on lights in room" voice command include water heater devices

When having a water heater device type (that supports PowerController interface) in a room, the device is turned OFF or ON with the lights in the same room when using the utterance "Turn on lights in room ABC" or "Turn off lights in room ABC".

NOTE: when using the UI to turn on/off the lights included in a room directly in Alexa mobile app, the water heater is excluded.

Is it a bug?

Same problem here. Plus when i add a water heater to a group, it is not listed in the group devices.

I can only see the relationship with the group when i click on the water heater.

If i change the displayCategories for anything else than WATER_HEATER it is working fine
