Can anybody tell me why my royalties are not received. I got an email form Amazon for closing my account but I made an appeal about this issue. Amazon says it is because of the Violation of Privacy & Policies. But my account is too safe. I am in negotiation with amazon about this account. Please let me know when I received my Royalties of this account. Thanks!
