When is my Merch by Amazon Account going to be tiered up to Tier 25? I am stuck in tier 10 since August 2021.

Hi

I sold 149 tee-shirts and I'm still in tier 10, really frustrating.

I also sold more than 10 and still in Tier10. I don't understand what quality they talk about.

Just covering all possibilities. Have you sold the required amount of items in order to tier up? From my understanding, it is strictly sales-based—not time.

yes, I have 47 sales now and still stuck in tier 10.

they wrote me an email that the tier up is also depending on the quality of my designs.

I sold each design I have at least once.

it is not possible for me to move forward without this tier up.

hi Janine

i'm also in the same boat, enough sales to tier up but still on 10, it doesn't appear anyone is checking the sales and i'm now stuck, i cannot sell more designs without more exposure and i can't get more exposure without tier'ing up, catch 22...

not sure what to do now...

Hopefully some of you have been tiered up at this point. I'm still in tier 10 as well and will be approaching the one year mark on merch soon. Based on the criteria listed in the FAQs I should be at tier 100. The friends I doing merch say tier ups are completely random, so just keep making designs and rotating them as it could be possible that a tier up never happens.

I understand your frustration... I am trier 100 with 293 sales. All my designs are filled, return rate 3% and 38% of my designs have sales... Trier ups are so random...

Getting to tier 100 seems like a dream for us people still in tier 10. Do you remember how many sales it took or how long?
