question

Hello everyone and a happy new year.
My skills works in all locale languages when I test in the console, however when I beta test it on a device, it only works in English but not in other languages.
It used to work fine before beta testing got expired and I restarted the schedule.
Is anyone having the same issue or Can someone have any idea to help resolve it?
