question

Hi. So my Alexa skill is named Penfro, it's a word in welsh. I've got the invocation name as 'Pen throw' to phonetically spell it out, which has worked perfectly for a period of time. It's currently in the beta distribution phase. Out of nowhere, however, the alexa refuses to understand the invocation, despite working perfectly before this. I've looked at the voice history on the alexa app, and it's coming up with terms like 'open penfru' and 'open penf for', and other similar names, but it is completely unable to understand the correct invocation. I have made no changes before this has happened, and it seems to have happened out of nowhere. Please could somebody provide assistance?
