App Approval - Need issue resolution

Hi Amazon Developer Support Team, we are struggling with your process to get our app approved under our development account, our application is an integrated app and works on the integration with clover device. We have a similar app on Google play store which got approved and available to end users in no time, but on amazon we are struggling to get an approval even after providing all the necessary details through support tickets multiple times.

Developer Email Id: developer@taplocalnow.com

Any help in getting the app approval done will be really helpful. If needed then please let us know we can provide you other required details if needed on the zoom call so that you can perform the app verification. Also please let us know if you need then we can upload a video if step by step integration as well.

We really need this app to be published as many clients of ours are using amazon tablets. So if we can get the issue escalated or can get some support in order to get app approval done then it will really helpful.
