Every link to developer.amazon.com results in a screen saying "Oops! Something went wrong!"... how can I get my account to a working state?

Hi, I tried to access my Alexa Developer account today to do some simple hobby work and I found out there is no way for me to access it. Every link to developer.amazon.com results in this screen:

If I chick on the JD avatar I get this message... and I cannot click on "Settings".

I haven't used my Alexa developer account in years so I wouldn't be surprised the account has old data, expired credit card info or even an invalid format.

I have an AWS account active and which one I actively work.

Question: WHO or HOW can I get my account back to normal/working state??

Thank you!
