feature request: provide API to submit new version of app

Does this already exist? If not please provide one. It would help my team greatly if we could automate app submission, since we churn out a lot of updates.

Unfortunately, there is no developer facing service available at this moment to accomplish this job. I am considering this as feature request and I will share this with internal appropriate team. Thanks.
