A) merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com are AI bots and auto-reply with 'cut-n-paste' blurbs and refer to the stated email for questions or the following number (B). They do not respond to the actual questions nor give actual solutions.
B) Calling 1 (888) 280-4331 gets an out-sourced (overseas) center that cannot find nor knows anything about Merch by Amazon.
C) Customer Service Forms submitted auto-reply with (A) and (B).
D) 1 1 (866) 216 1072 is another center that has no knowledge of Merch by Amazon nor how to reach a physical person. They state that it is not their department.
This is infuriating.
