Hi I am trying to find out how to respond to reviews that our users send to our company as I don´t seem to have access to it
While reviews and feedback are important to our customers and developers, the feature to respond to customer reviews was rarely used. As a result, we retired this feature on 16 December, 2020.
We are committed to your continued success and will innovate and develop other opportunities for you to connect with customers.
This is very sad!
We've had some 1 Star reviews from users reporting Bugs, which have already been resolved, and we don't have a way to notify the user or ask them to update the reviews.
Is there any alternative for this?
