Dev account locked for suspicious activity

My alt dev account was locked 5 months ago because i signed in other wifi.


i called amazon 4 times this week to fix the issue and remove the lock but they said they see no issues in my account.


i need a specialist immediately as it is affecting my app and i dont want to call another time no more.


i believe its a technical error that i cannot sign into my other account. rsetting the password also gives me the same account locked message. im pissed off


some specialist here please help me fix the issue as fast as possible.

I don't see a Contact Us case or an Amazon Developer account associated with the email address you are using for the forums.

So that our support team can investigate this issue, please use the Contact Us form:

Please provide as many relevant details as possible, including the email address you are locked out of, the name of your developer account, the name of your app, the exact wording of the error message you are seeing, and a screenshot.

Once our support team has this information, they will be able to investigate the issue for you.
