My account locked

Hello, I try to log in to my account but I found some issues. My account has been locked and I don't receive any message to clear that. Hope you can help me to reopen my account soon because my product is still live on Amazon, I'm Contacting support from amazon seller and Support Merch by amazon ***Support Merch by Amazon*** We have closed this case because Amazon has deactivated your account.
