Alexa Skill Smart Home correctly validated but not published on the Spanish store

I've tried to edit the spanish skill descriptions several times, the Skill correctly pass the certification process but it is not available on the spanish store. I'm following all the policy guidelines so I can't figure out the problem. Could you please help me?

Message shown: "Some countries and regions in which we publish skills may have more restrictive standards for what qualifies as offensive and can be non-compliant content. We may restrict any skill from being published in any country/region where distribution of that skill's content would violate that country's or region's laws, cultural norms, or sensitivities."

Hello Vladimir,

I've already used the suggested "contact us" form two times but they didn't give me any additional info about this specific problem, I hope to be more lucky this time.

Please, let me know if there's another way to solve the issue.
