App Submission In Under Review Status for 3 weeks

App was submitted on September 3, 2021 and has been in "Under Review" status since then. No updates except that "The app submission is taking longer than expected to go live. Stay tuned for further updates." Have opened ticket as suggested if app has not been release or no updates for 6 days. Have been following up since but no other information other support is looking into testing status. This is our 1st submission and was curious if this is the norm for app approval.
