Hello everyone I cannot login into my Alexa developer console since July. My skills are still very much live on the store but I can't access them in the developer console.
My developer account was disabled in July because according to the Amazon developer team the Appstore account was related to an account that was previously terminated.
My question now is, what about my Alexa developer account? I have no issues with it since and it's not related to any previously closed account.
You will all aggree with me that the Amazon appstore portal is different from the Amazon alexa portal. I have contacted them severally but they are yet cogent reply from them, as they keep saying they're working on it.
