Licensing of my own app

Please provide documentation demonstrating that you have the right to use by visiting the Contact Us page and selecting

i am facing this error message, it looks like a big from Amazon , because I am developer f this app and successfully published on play store , along with positive customer feedbacks.

But when I tried to upload it on Amazon I am receiving this error message. I am the honor of this app and I want to provide value to customers , But Amazon don't want.

I a the publisher , Should I create licensing documents by my self in word file??

Help me to solve this issue
